Perfect for those ready to take the first step toward a more fulfilled life. 1 hour Insight Session Commitment Level: A Single Spark -perfect for those seeking quick yet profound inspiration and clarity. Content: - Initial consultation to identify immediate goals and challenges. - Focused, personalized coaching to tackle a pressing issue or decision. - Simple techniques to center and ground yourself. Sessions are available in person (location TBD), through Zoom, Messenger, WhatsApp or phone. CANCELATION POLICY: If a previously scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled, the following policy will be applied: - if the Client needs to cancel an appointment, please allow for a minimum of 48-hour notice, - it is understood that there are times when an emergency will present itself (e.g., a summons to jury duty, or a medical emergency), - the Coach will do her best to reschedule the appointment, - if the Client has to change an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the Coach will do what is possible to reschedule but will charge the facility reservation fee in the case of the Equus Coaching session, - in the event of cancellation without rescheduling, a 25% deposit is non-refundable.
