Duration: 24 Sessions (6 months of weekly sessions or 12 months of bi-weekly sessions, 1 hour each) Commitment Level: Live Your Legend - for those ready to transform their lives completely and committed to long-term growth. Content: - Comprehensive life audit to identify all areas needing attention and improvement. - Creation of an expansive, personalized life transformation plan. - Intensive coaching on self-awareness, purpose, and passion. - Strategies for building a resilient mindset and overcoming deep-seated barriers. - Regular progress reviews and adjustments to ensure alignment with long-term goals. - Twelve email exchanges for continuous feedback and adjustments to the action plan. (Please note that these will be kept concise and within reasonable length to ensure focused and effective communication.) - One two-hour Equus Coaching session, in-person or via digital media, to enhance overall personal growth. Sessions are available in person (location TBD), through Zoom, Messenger, WhatsApp or phone. CANCELATION POLICY: If a previously scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled, the following policy will be applied: - if the Client needs to cancel an appointment, please allow for a minimum of 48-hour notice, - it is understood that there are times when an emergency will present itself (e.g., a summons to jury duty, or a medical emergency) , - the Coach will do her best to reschedule the appointment, - if the Client has to change an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the Coach will do what is possible to reschedule but will charge the facility reservation fee in the case of the Equus Coaching session, - in the event of cancellation without rescheduling, a 25% deposit is non-refundable.
