Service Description
Whether you're facing challenges with horse behavior, need guidance on proper care, or seek advice on general handling, these consultation sessions, designed for equestrians of all levels, provide expert insights personalized to your specific needs. With the convenience of a phone call, you will receive compassionate, knowledgeable assistance on a wide range of topics, to help you and your horse thrive. Consultations are available via Zoom, WhatsApp, Messenger or phone. CANCELATION POLICY: If a previously scheduled appointment needs to be rescheduled, the following policy will be applied: - if the Client needs to cancel an appointment, please allow for a minimum of 48-hour notice, - it is understood that there are times when an emergency will present itself (e.g., a summons to jury duty, or a medical emergency), - the Coach will do her best to reschedule the appointment. - if the Client has to change an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, the Coach will do what is possible to reschedule but will charge the facility reservation fee in the case of the Equus Coaching session, - in the event of cancellation without rescheduling, a 25% deposit is non-refundable.
