Equus Coaching for Groups

Service Description

Group Coaching is ideal for teams, whether in a professional or recreational setting. Equus Coaching team-building events are a unique way to improve teamwork, boost morale, and develop leadership skills. Working with horses helps to gain insights into group dynamics and personal growth. What's Included: • safety orientation around horses and ongoing guidance to ensure a secure and comfortable experience, • coaching in the presence of horses, • interactive team-building exercises, • leadership and communication activities, • customized plans to address your team's needs, • restoration and recreation opportunities, • optional individual follow-up sessions, • personalized feedback and support. OPTIONS FOR GROUP SIZE AND LENGTH OF THE EVENTS: - 4-6 participants/ half-day (3 and 1/2 hours) - $925 - 4-6 participants/ full day ( 7 hours plus lunch break) - $1850 -7-12 participants/ half-day (3 and 1/2 hours) - $1500 7-12 participants/ full day (7 hours plus lunch break) - $3000 To book a group event, please schedule 30 min Discovery Call to discuss the content and logistics in detail. Sessions are in person. No horse experience is necessary, and no horseback riding is involved. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: - A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the Discovery Call. - Emergencies (such as jury duty or medical situations) are understandable and will be considered case-by-case. - The Coach will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. - For cancellations or changes to booked events/workshops made with less than 48 hours notice, the following fees will apply: • A $250 processing charge. • The facility reservation fee for Equus Coaching events/workshops (fees are based on event/workshop length). • Full, 25% deposit in case of a cancellation without rescheduling.
