Equus Coaching for Individuals

Service Description

Equus Coaching for Individuals is the most profound and personal way to experience one-on-one healing from horses. The experiential understanding you gain from interacting with horses creates immediate and permanent shifts in your perceptions, beliefs, and emotions. When horses offer you instant and authentic feedback, you develop self-awareness that turns into self-knowledge of your behaviors, the creation of new patterns, a sense of empowerment, and the ability to impact the reality around you. POTENTIAL BENEFITS: - building trust and relationships, - the experience of an authentic presence, - practice of courageous decisions, - management of fear and the unknown, - emotional and tactical self-regulation, - setting and respecting healthy boundaries. What's included: - personalized pre-work, - safety orientation around horses and ongoing guidance to ensure a secure and comfortable experience, - experiential learning and coaching in the presence of or during interactions with a horse/ multiple horses. You can enrich your experience with: - video recording of your interactions with horses for you to review and relive the experience ($170 total per session), - 1-hour virtual coaching session and video review within 2 weeks of your Equus Coaching individual session ($285 total per session). Sessions are in person. No horse experience is necessary, and no horseback riding is involved. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: - A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if the Client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Emergencies (such as jury duty or medical situations) are understandable and will be considered case-by-case. - The Coach will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. - For cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice, the following fees will apply: • Life coaching sessions - $55 • Equus Coaching sessions - $55 plus the facility reservation fee for Equus Coaching sessions (costs are based on location and session length). • Relationship-Centered Horse Training sessions - 50 % of the value of the scheduled session plus the facility reservation fee if applicable (costs are based on location and session length). • Full payment in case of a cancellation without rescheduling.
