Service Description

Dedicate yourself to a quest of profound discovery. Learn how to steer your life in a direction that aligns with your deepest values, dreams, and true potential. Duration: 12 Sessions (3 months of weekly sessions or 6 months of bi-weekly sessions, 1 hour each) Commitment Level: Sailing the Seas of Change - perfect for individuals committed to making significant, lasting life changes. Content: - Engaging in exercises and discussions to gain profound insights into your authentic self. - Strengthening your commitment to living in alignment with your values. - Identifying and challenging beliefs that hold you back from living authentically. - Developing leadership skills that reflect your true self and inspire others. - Exploring practices that enhance the connection between your mental and physical well-being. - Twelve email exchanges for continuous feedback and adjustments to the action plan. (Please note that these will be kept concise and within reasonable length to ensure focused and effective communication.) Sessions are available in person (location TBD), through Zoom, Messenger, WhatsApp or phone. RESCHEDULING AND CANCELLATION POLICY: - A minimum of 48 hours' notice is required if the Client needs to cancel or reschedule an appointment. - Emergencies (such as jury duty or medical situations) are understandable and will be considered case-by-case. - The Coach will make every effort to reschedule the appointment at a mutually convenient time. - For cancellations or changes made with less than 48 hours notice, the following fees will apply: • Life coaching sessions - $55 • Equus Coaching sessions - $55 plus the facility reservation fee for Equus Coaching sessions (costs are based on location and session length). • Relationship-Centered Horse Training sessions - 50 % of the value of the scheduled session plus the facility reservation fee if applicable (costs are based on location and session length). • Full payment in case of a cancellation without rescheduling.
